Affected PDF: fontfile3-opentype.pdf
Affected font: Travelling Typewriter - CID Type 0C (OT)
Visible on second page.

Desktop Fontforge (standalone, not through pdf2htmlEX) segfaults when trying to open said file for font extraction.
Maybe my compiled version is borked... should try packaged version for other distro.

Update poppler to 0.83.0

Updated poppler dependency to poppler-0.83.0 as well as some minor build script refactoring (alas we can still not build on homebrew)
