No default value for version number if version field is created at a later stage. #97

When you add a version field in a later stage where content already exists, no version number is available by default. This results in an error when you try to revert a given revision to a certain state. I have created a PR to address this issue and to provide 0.0.0 as a default version number if the version field value is empty.
However, I'm sure that this implementation is a bit sloppy and can be done a little bit better 😄
