Clean up verbose submit messages

Recently I introduced a verbose option for submitting datasets that would detail how many new entries were made in a dataset and how many tasks were generated. This could be improved by showing which spec the current set of tasks are being generated for and improving the progress bar to show the total number of tasks for that submission spec rather than the number of task chunks to be generated for example for less than 100 tasks the progress bar shows 1 task is generated.
