Discussion of for / while loops?

Hi there, is there currently a discussion of for / while loops that I have missed in my searches? My searches turn up a mention in an chapter outline -- and it's used in a few examples, but it a nice thorough discussion would be a big plus for my students. If none exists, is anyone planning to write it? If not, shall I :)? Seems like it would fit nicely in @jtnimoy 's cpp basics chapter.

@jtnimoy had a few sections on for/while loops in his unabridged chapter. That .md file might be a more useful reference for students in your class than the official html chapter.

If ofBook is being used as a teaching tool in beginner classes, then I think it would be good to move the link to the unabridged materials from the bottom of @jtnimoy's chapter to the very top.
