[feature request] workloadspread 支持直接从 scale subresource 中读取 replica path

Why is this needed:
本身 scale subresource 就有 replica path, 无需独立配置

we could use scaleNamespacer.Scales(namespace).Get(context.TODO(), gvr.GroupResource(), name, metav1.GetOptions{}) get scale
