Wrong latest version displayed when starting

To reproduce:

• Wait for a new version to be released.
• Update before the update detection find the new version.

Expected;

• The new version says nothing in particular when starting.

Problem:

• The new version says "A new version available: (...)" and indicates the previous version.
• This display remains until the update detection detects the actual latest version.
