I've just had to go through several different repositories on account of cleaning up opensafely-core/repo-template#74.

This is one of them. I noticed it doesn't have Dependabot enabled for GitHub Actions or Python dependencies. The current dependencies are somewhat outdated; last modified 10 months ago.
