Baseline hazard rate?

Hello, sorry if this is a noob question, but is the baseline hazard rate stated in the paper or in this repo anywhere? I didn't see it in the paper on first scan.

I'm trying to estimate for a hypothetical member of the public what their personal probability of COVID-19 hospital death would be, if we know that person's categorization by each of the factors in the model.
