[FEATURE] Refactor blocks of text into constants for easier readability

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Coming from: #2083 (comment), the security dashboards plugin has multiple places with large blocks of text that are hard coded in components. We should extract these out to other files for easier readability, and also properly translate them.
