[13] OSIO Gemini workflow implemenation tasks

User Story

As a fabric8-analytics gemini user, I would like to consume/use the /report endpoint to return report generation task output.

Description

In this sprint, we plan to develop and deploy fabric8-analytics-gemini server on production with endpoint `/api/v1/report' and integrate it with OSIO workflow.

Task List

• Generalise unknown dependency fetcher task to support maven,go,python
• Ingest unknown dependencies to graph and S3 for all the above eco systems
• Test the unknown dependency fetcher task and unknown dependencies ingest task on dev cluster
• Integrate the unknowndependency fetcher and ingestions tasks with osio entire flow.
• Develop /report endpoint to return report generation task output and integrate with gemini server.
• Test the /report endpoint on staging.
