Describe the bug

On rao branch

btcli s list
btcli s show

Response:
SubstrateRequestException: {'code': -32601, 'message': 'Method not found'}

Had to downgrade to Python 3.12 to use other commands
With Python 3.13 no command works

To Reproduce

On rao branch

btcli s list
btcli s show

Expected behavior

btcli s list - List of the subnets, their emission, and information about the token and conversion to tao.

btcli s show - Subnet show
