Many errors of following kind:

ERROR: Unable to parse the XML document: draft-rquattle-spinel-core.xml
: Line 1362: Unescaped '<' not allowed in attributes values
: Line 1362: attributes construct error
: Line 1362: Couldn't find end of Start Tag section line 1362
