Started working on OOI Action here. Example run.
Seems to work fine but there's one issue I'm not sure how to solve: Docker container seems to output everything after it finishes working and not while it's in the process. So for example we are downloading files for 10 minutes and instead of getting the output "Downloading mseed files..." for each time segment, it prints all 10 minutes worth of output in the end. This creates a false sense of Action being "idle".
