User Story
As a user of OrcaLearn, I want to be able to see the spectrographs of possible answers when I take the quiz, so that I can get an idea of what they may sound like and answer the quiz correctly.

Description:
The intent of this story is to make sure that the the Quiz page's core feature works. Spectrographs help users match the soundtrack to the answer. They are a hint system and users can opt to look at them, or remember which call is which based solely on memory matching their ID ("Sound S19", "Sound 40", ...) to the sound.

Notes:
"Waves" is just how we call the quizzes, staying consistent with the marine theming.
Each Wave is made of 7 questions. Users listen to the call, then identify which call it is. One answer is right, the others randomized from a list of data.
It's possible in the quiz for users to see spectrographs.

Acceptance Criteria:
GIVEN I am taking the quiz, WHEN I click/tap on "Show Spectrum", THEN the spectrograph that corresponds to that track drops down.

GIVEN I selected "Show Spectrum", WHEN I click/tap on "Hide Spectrum, THEN the spectrograph collapses.
