Add feed of most recent reports at each hydrophone

As a user (any persona), I want to see a list of most recent whale reports on the listening screen for each hydrophone, so I can listen to recent bouts that I may have missed, and get a sense of orca behavior at this location.

Question: do I also want to see 'vessel' and 'other' reports? I may be confused if I submit one of these and don't see them appear in the list. One solution might be to add a filter to the feed.

Ideal: eventually we would like to this to be a list of confirmed detections -- this is dependent on the development of a moderator system for tagging bouts as confirmed.
