Issue with syncing mnemonic to my DIG Node

Just following the instructions, from step 5, I'm getting the following error:

~/dig/chia-blockchain/chia$ dignode remote sync seed
Syncing remote seed
Using stored credentials for remote 76.183.176.76
Request failed: Unauthorized

What should I be looking for to fix this and get past this step? I've generated a new seed/wallet, and I'm running in wallet mode on the same machine that is running the DIG node.

The first thing I'd try is to make sure your user+password are correct (looking at the DIG_USERNAME and DIG_PASSWORD variables in your docker-compose.yml)

dignode logout
dignode remote set peer 76.183.176.76 --username XXX --password YYY

...then try the "dignode remote sync seed" command again.

If that fails... when your node is up... is it at least showing a "Index Of Stores" page on http://76.183.176.76 . If not, look at the individual container logs:

sudo docker logs -f (chia-dig-node-reverse-proxy-1 or chia-dig-node-propagation-server-1 or chia-dig-node-content-server-1 or chia-dig-node-incentive-server-1)

One of those services must be complaining... if they aren't responsive to the "sync seed" command (probably the incentive service?). But my guess is you just have an incorrect username/password.

This issue often occurs because the generated password from your node setup wasn’t transferred correctly. I’m currently exploring more streamlined methods for creating authenticated connections, as I’m aware the current authorization process is a bit cumbersome.

@DontCopyThatFloppy - thanks. I tried the three commands, still same error. I do see the index of stores at the my external IP address.
I did notice that every time I ran the install.sh file, the docker-compose.yml file gets a new username and password generated even though there's already an existing file. not sure if that is leading to the issue that I'm having. but I've logged out and logged back in with the username/password in my latest docker-compose.yml file.

as for the docker logs, here are the things that I'm seeing:
