Pass tokenizer files into bentoml packed model in v1.0.13

There is some missing documentation about how to add files into bentoml packed models, this was clear in old version. With latest version some thing is missing.

• example: Passing tokenizer files or any additional files for needed for inference (this will be usefull for NLP models)
