Help with : purge and delete entire vault from cli and import new vault from csv

Since bitwarden doesnt have inbuilt feature to remove duplicates. i had to manually export existing vault as csv. Export new chrome pass as csv. Remove duplicates and merge.The csv. I can do that. But after that

I want to delete entire existing vault and import newly merged csv to bitwarden from cli.

Any Help with that

You can also purge your existing Bitwarden vault from the settings menu (just be sure to back-up prior to using this feature)
