[Pimcore Academy]: Clarification Needed: Synchronization Capabilities with Newsletter Providers

Hi everyone,

I'm working through Question 11 of the Pimcore Academy Senior "Customer Management Framework" material, which deals with the types of information that can be synchronized with newsletter providers. Here’s what I’ve found based on the documentation:

Question 11: What information can be synchronized with newsletter providers?

• Mail Templates: Documentation indicates that this is correct. Specifically:

  The CMF offers built-in support for synchronizing customer data with MailChimp. It synchronizes configured parts of the customer data and optionally also can export mail templates based on Pimcore mail documents.

• Customer Segments: This is also correct:

  Besides customers, customer segments can be exported as interest groups to MailChimp.

• Customer Data: This is correct as well:

  The CMF offers built-in support for synchronizing customer data with MailChimp. It synchronizes configured parts of the customer data and optionally also can export mail templates based on Pimcore mail documents.

• Customer Versions: According to my findings, this is incorrect, but i tried to choose it too, also incorrect.

Despite the information above, it seems that my choices for synchronization are not aligning with the expected answers.

Could someone help clarify what might be missing or incorrect in my understanding? Any insights into the synchronization capabilities would be greatly appreciated.
