Operators are not working post enablement of Istio service mesh

We are not using Istio ourselves.

we are seeing error in istio proxy container as
Error from server: Get "https://:/containerLogs/default/hbase-hbase-master-0/istio-proxy?follow=true": http: server gave HTTP response to HTTPS client

and sometime zookeeper pods are in pending states, when checking the error found secret pvc are in pending state

secrets.stackable.tech_secret-operator-daemonset-rftcd_XXXXX failed to provision volume with StorageClass "secrets.stackable.tech": rpc error: code = FailedPrecondition desc = failed to initialize backend: failed to initialize backend for SecretClass.v1alpha1.secrets.stackable.tech/tls: failed to initialize TLS backend: CA secret is missing required certificate file

with this error
