Files in warden shell not visible outside shell

I installed an Amasty module that also installed the amasty/base module. This is the view from within Warden shell:

However, when I exit the shell and manually navigate to the vendor/amasty folder this "base" module isn't there. Why would that be, and how can I get it to be visible outside of the shell so that my IDE can pick it up?

I fixed it myself. The problem was that mutagen updated to 0.17.

So what I had to do:

mutagen daemon stop;
brew unlink mutagen;
brew install havoc-io/mutagen/[email protected]

After that I did:

warden env down;
warden env up;

... and synchronization finished again without errors.

Hope this helps someone.

@anvectra When mutagen updates, you should only have to restart the daemon to resolve sync errors. You shouldn't need to downgrade to a specific version.
