读取源音频/视频文件，都放在不同的readVideoTrackFromDisk/readAudioTrackFromDisk的协程中，也就是有多少个协程，就创建了多少个读取文件的句柄，不太合理。
推荐ingester类(读取文件) --> channel ---->peer connection send
只有一个地方读取源文件。
