when offering
a=group:BUNDLE audio video data
and getting an answer with
a=group:BUNDLE video data
currently we would use the first ice transport instead of the second one (I think). This is a quite nasty source of bugs...

also: check that we use the same ufrag/pwd when being balanced (but not when using max-compat). This is probably quite tricky in ORTC

this probably also includes changing the behaviour of not including bundle if max-compat is set
