ARM builds of Docker image #101

Is it possible to build an ARM image for the Dockerilfe and push this to dockerhub / public aws image repo?

Eg, the latest tag 0.4.4 visible on dockerhub only has an x86 image:

It looks like everything in the docker image should work on arm64.
AWS charges 30% less for ECS running on arm64 vs x86.
