If you configure promotion rules to prefer one server to be promoted over another one then this is good and possible now. Looking in the GUI you can see a server with a heart and it's labelled as a candidate.
However, sometimes you need to exclude boxes from being promotable. A box may be in the wrong network, it may be a test server, a backup server etc etc. It's convenient to be able to indicate this and indeed you can with the must_not promotion rule. However, I think that it's not possible to see this type of server in the GUI. It would be convenient to be able to see this type of server. I would be tempted to use a small x (cross) and perhaps a mouse over would indicate "not promotable". If this could be done it would be very good as then visually I can distinguish these special boxes.
