Fix the build environment to not require the header file hacks.

Currently, we need to hack up the following header files:

C:\Rtools\gcc-4.6.3\i686-w64-mingw32\include\oaidl.h:1890
C:\Rtools\gcc-4.6.3\i686-w64-mingw32\include\objidl.h:598;599

Hi, I'm pretty new to R. I'm trying to install This package, but keep the following error:

cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning message:
