Yes, but it's not explained how to access to openstack.
Why Do you save the instance backups in the same data center? It's a point of failure and it's not possible to move the backups to other zone.
Like it's not possible to restore in other zone.
This are the important functions that you have to build if you want to compete with the others.
And where is the monitoring? There is'nt. It's not possible to see any trend info out of the box.

You have to build a move the resources and/or sync function between the zones and dc.
