Describe the solution you'd like

Future ownCloud backend supports TUS upload protocol. It would be nice if the ownCloud Android app would support it too.

Additional context

iOS and Desktop implementations:

  • Create branch feature/feature_name
  • Development tasks
    • Implement whatever
    • ...
  • Code review and apply changes requested
  • Design test plan
  • QA
  • Merge branch feature/feature_name into master
