Ability to publish multiple contract files for the same application version

It would be nice if it were possible to submit more than one contract to the broker for a given application pairing - useful where there are different contract types being mixed (eg Pact and non-Pact).

I think there'd need to be some care taken to make sure the webhook didn't fire prematurely - maybe on submitting a contract you can say "more coming" or something? Or maybe you have to publish them all at once?
