Multiple consumers for webhook

When configuring a webhook in PactFlow, it would be helpful if multiple consumers could be specified to trigger the webhook.

Our use case:

We're doing canary-based deployments (similar to blue-green) and for a given logical consumer (Foo) we have two versions of that consumer (Foo-Stable and Foo-Canary) deployed to the environment.
We want the webhook to run if either of those consumers publishes contracts.
Currently, we're forced to duplicate the webhook configuration
