Bulk insert After transformds to a New array of entities

Hello Stéphane,

When using efcoreselect on a view then doing a crossapply that should result on creating 6 New entities out of each record and calling efcoresave its taking ages sometimes stuck forever . Could you throw an exemple that will perform ?
