As shown in the title, many VPN supporters use the ipsec/ikev2 protocol.
So I'd like this project have added the feature.

I have searched the closed issues. some tips may imply. But I appreciate some good changes.

This project is on stand-by due to a deep rewrite, let's say. After that, I may certainly reconsider.
