Improve Logbook Dashboard View and Logbook Findability

The following are suggestions for improvements from discussion with Thomas H:

• add a switch on the top dashboard that allows to select between "all" logbooks and "my" logbooks. The difference is only relevant for users which are member of a so called beamline group, i.e. beamline managers. The reason for this request is, that a beamline manager sometimes only wants to see the logbooks where she is actively participating in (case "my") and not all logbooks (case "all") connected to the beamline. The list of displayed logbooks is then filtered accordingly
• add a (multi) year drop down selection widget to filter on a year to see only logbooks created at this year(s)
• add a view selection switch between the "card"-like current view of the logbooks and a new tabular like view, where the table consists of columns like title, abstract text beginning, ownerGroup etc

The additional filters as defined by the first 2 points above are applied in addition to the free text search field which we have already now. The filters are applied for both types of view ("cards" vs "tabular")
