Reordering of img.shape in create_from_images causes this if statement to catch every time

Not sure what this is supposed to catch but reordering of img shape from HWC -> CHW causes mismatch between original shape of image and transposed version every time. I assume grayscale should catch with new dimension as well. Commented this out and dataset built fine.
