Don't bind to 0.0.0.0 by default

By default the exporter will bind to 0.0.0.0, which means all interfaces. While this is convenient it may present a security issue, as the exporter may expose private information on an unexpected interface.

This breaks established default behaviour, so this will require a major version bump!
