Enable Nabla for Pendulum and connect it to the USDC.axl prototype deployment (router address 6dQQoUKQ9LNDCrGMjoZjeHBXsuihSgQiQEgD9Z7VtHR82wfG).

Be aware that there is a similar ticket that points to the USDT prototype deployment of Nabla.

Neither one of these two tickets is meant to be closed for now, instead the associated PR serve as an origin for related Netlify deployments.
