Next run log message shows local time when utc option is set to true #71

I'm expecting that the log messages would show next run times in UTC if I set that configuration option. I'm sure I've set the option because logging the SyncedCron object to the console shows that utc is set to true.

However, a typical log message still looks like this:
I20151218-18:38:36.283(8) (percolate_synced-cron.js:71) SyncedCron: Scheduled "mytask" next run @Fri Dec 18 2015 18:40:00 GMT+0800 (WITA)

Shouldn't it display the next run time in UTC?
