Simply add a small message bar to the bottom of each page of your website to display a notice when an event is on the current or following day.
A lightweight plugin that simply adds a small notification bar that allows you to insert simple text at the bottom of every page of your website as a call-to-action.

== Installation ==
1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/sitewide-notice-event-wp` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
3. Use the 'Sitewide Notice' link on the dashboard screen to configure the plugin.
4. Toggle 'Plugin Enable/Disable' to display the notice bar.
