Password_expirable is not working

I have used this gem and follow all the steps
but the password_expirable module is not working and noyt redirecting to reset password page.

same issue here i have 2 devise models Companyes and Admins. On Admins it works fine but on Companies (users) not. I set the date and noting happens.
