Issue might be a repost of this but that was from many years ago.

TrebleDroid based LineageOS 21 (by AndyYan) has been running wonderfully on my Moto G Power (2020) except for this one issue.

When making or receiving VoIP calls with Google Voice, the other party cannot hear my voice, therefore I assume the microphone stays muted. Curiously, this issue does not exist when making regular IMS calls (VoLTE & VoWiFi enabled), nor are dedicated audio recording apps affected. Trying every variation of audio settings inside and outside of the Google Voice app seems to have no effect. I haven't tried a second VoIP app because I don't use any others.

Does this VoIP issue exist for all TrebleDroid based ROMs, or is it specific to this GSI build of LineageOS21?

Let me know if I can provide more information.

Fortunately I was able to find a workaround for this problem in the GVoice app. I had to link my IMS cellphone number (with working outgoing mic) to my GVoice number and switch an app setting to "Use carrier only" under "Making and receiving calls". However, in the stock Moto rom, I never had this problem and could keep the default setting "Prefer Wi-Fi and mobile data" without having to link my cellphone number. Therefore, I still believe this is a bug within either TrebleDroid or the GSI build of LineageOS.
