Customer reported following error:

Error: error adding permission 'AUDIT.READ': POST : StatusCode 422, Body: {"resourceType":"OperationOutcome","issue":[{"severity":"error","code":"invalid","details":{"coding":{"code":"31106"},"text":"Requested permission is already assigned to the requested role."}}]}

Investigate if this can be duplicated / detected during the run
