2. Someone told me that there was a problem with installing the cuda and cudnn versions. I had rolled back from cuda12.3 to cuda12.1, but after reinstalling, the same error message appeared.

pip uninstall onnxruntime-gpu
pip install onnxruntime-gpu --extra-index-url https://aiinfra.pkgs.visualstudio.com/PublicPackages/_packaging/onnxruntime-cuda-12/pypi/simple/
