Feature: See who liked your post

I'd love to see who likes my posts and also for others to know that I liked their post

I haven't seen this issue (Thanks to @msamgan for bringing this to my attention), I proposed something in another feature request (#671).

I suggested that the heart be clickable to toggle the like but that a click on the adjacent counter displays the list of people who liked it, and to reproduce the same logic for shares, mimicking the behavior of major social networks. A hover could display a few names for example "John Doe, Jane Doe, Joe Smith and 4 others..."
