Fix: abstract image optimisation & fix EXIF orientation

We should abstract the image optimisation to a service class, so we are using Imagick for both posts & the avatars.

While doing this we also need to ensure that when the EXIF meta data is stripped, it doesn't remove the orientation data, or phone images may end up rotated.
