Two things I noticed when joining a channel, at least when I join it myself.

Display user hostnames is enabled yet it only says "You" joined a channel (perhaps my own nick with my user + hostmask)
The channel modes are displayed by their names. This is suboptimal as most are familiar with the chars, if many are given it saves space using the letters, plus modes conflict across IRCd's at times.
Channels are sorted by on join order and NOT alphabetically, perhaps default to alphabetical and optionally sorted by joining.
