Describe the bug
When DOIs are enabled and assigned for issues, the DOI for the issue is not displayed in the theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Assign a DOI to a published issue
If not set, switch to the default theme and note that the issue-level DOI appears on the issue page.
Switch to the Health Sciences theme and note that the issue-level DOI does not appear.
