abapGit is raising popups when it is supposed to be running in background. This is causing exceptions, and the repo will not be fully imported.

This is an issue in abapGit and needs further investigation. The system will continue to import further repos.

A workaround for any pull errors reported by abapGit is to run abapGit in dialog and pull. Depending on failure, the repo may have already been created.
