After the runtime upgrade, some accounts on the Polkadot-cc1 stopped showing.

And this account exist on the network:
https://polkadot-cc1.subscan.io/account/1eyC4V2g9evgUTJHib4sq53FCNBbgCw9UV61agWtYG1Zsjh

Perhaps this is due to the fact that the bonded amount is higher than the total balance, respectively, transferable balance == 0.
