Cosmic-files version: 1.0.0.alpha.2.r134.g583d3df-1

Issue/Bug description: Currently, the right-click context menu for files in the desktop view includes an option to trash a file. This currently includes the Trash icon itself, if enabled. On the Trash icon, this option should be replaced with an 'Empty trash' option like the sidebar in the regular file manager.

Closes: pop-os#593

Trash bins currently show an incorrect menu with invalid actions such as
opening the bin in a terminal. The menu also doesn't have an entry for
emptying the trash.
