Describe the bug
opening an image using context menu makes it bigger than canvas whether you checked bigger images or not in settings.

To Reproduce

Right click an image
click the "Image" main button or "Open Image" button
voilà

Expected behavior
Well, it should be fit-to-canvas instead of opening the original size.
